I have known Lydia Jones for approximately 4 months. Lydia was/is my realtor who helped me purchase my new house. It had been 20 years since I had gone through the house buying ordeal. Trust me when I say that without Lydia and her experience, this situation would have been excruciatingly painful. We talked and talked about what I was trying to achieve in my move.
At first, even I didn't really understand what I was doing. As Lydia made me more comfortable with the process of looking at houses, I was able to pinpoint the things I was looking for and not looking for in these properties. She knew my time was limited due to my obligation as a caregiver for a cancer patient. She suggested numerous properties that, on paper, met my criteria. However, upon reaching some properties, we both knew that the property wasn't going to fit my needs. We placed a bid on one house in Beech Grove that we both knew was going to sell for much above the asking price. I went for the listed price and we were turned down. But she let me feel comfortable in calling the bid. I was able to learn so much from her because she knew how to make me open up on my needs and wants in a house. We found my last home Yes we bid and I put the bid over what the seller was asking. I wasn't going to lose what I really felt comfortable with. I would definitely use Lydia Jones again and I heartily recommend her to anyone searching for a professional to guide them through this process. My name is Jamie Nicole Mattingly and these are my words of admiration for the quality of work Lydia Jones provides.
